Interactive Product Manager

The interactive product manager brings a strong business and marketing focus to interactive challenges and opportunities, applying deep technology knowledge to develop interactive and technology strategies for the Battlecry.com online community and all TMM web properties.

This is a dynamic, evolving role in which the ideal candidate will be capable of understanding business challenges and developing innovative, technological solutions to achieve measurable results.

An interactive product manager is able to think and develop plans at a strategic level then follow through with daily, hands-on project management.

Must be a confident self-starter, a team player, an innovative problem-solver and able to manage multiple projects at once.

Needs to be attentive to detail, resourceful, work well under pressure and have strong communication skills. Must be effective communicating with technical development team members, as well as non-technical resources. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a hunger for responsibility and learning.

Responsibilities:
• Create strategic technology solutions based on business goals
• Innovate and manage execution of social networking strategies and interactive projects of all types
• Provide ongoing user experience and conversion-enhancement direction for all TMM web properties
• Manage internal resources
• Scope, estimate and manage ongoing project budgets
• Create full site specifications, outlining and detailing current and/or future site functionality for both internal and external team members
Required Experience:
• Ability to build interactive business development strategies and think “outside the box”
• Information architecture/design, user experience knowledge
• Project management, site management experience
• Ability to manage expectations and senior management communications, both written and verbal excellence
• Some development experience
• 4+ years experience in the interactive arena
Pluses:
• Commerce site management experience
• An ability to develop Interactive Business Development strategies and think ‘out of the box’.
